Camilla Burrows Quartet
Camilla Burrows is a 20-year-old emerging jazz and folk vocalist currently studying Jazz and Improvisation at Monash University. Taking inspiration from vocalists Billie Holiday, Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley and Nina Simone, Camilla is fascinated by emotive expression and storytelling.
As described by Kate Ceberano, 'a beautiful voice and an even more beautiful person. [She's] an intuitive singer, she sings with meaning and poise', and she utilises her unique tone to do so. With her talented band, she will play a culmination of her Jazz/Folk inspired original repertoire and standards.
