Peter Helliar performs live at Lido Cinemas, for one night only. Pete has performed stand up for more than twenty years, selling out shows right across the country. He makes the difficult business of being funny look dead easy. In 2021 he performed his brand-new comedy hour Loopy at the Melbourne Comedy Festival. He went on to record Loopy at a one-off exclusive performance at Melbourne’s iconic Chapel of Chapel theatre and it is now available to stream on Paramount +. He recently completed a sellout festival run nationally with his new show "Gives Zero Flips"

Pete is a man of many talents. As a stand-up, a writer, a presenter and a producer Pete excels in everything he undertakes. Pete created and co-produced two series of the award-winning It’s A Date for ABC TV, and he wrote, directed and starred in all three seasons of Network 10’s widely loved dramedy How to Stay Married, a show that examines the intricacies within relationships when romance has made way for routine.
